Armandina Almanza Gutierrez

Project Co-ordinator

Armandina is a project co-ordinator working on the Spectrum 10K project funded by the Wellcome Trust which will be testing for common genetic variants in autism, and how these interact with environmental factors to influence outcome and wellbeing in autistic people.

Prior to coming to Cambridge, Armandina obtained an MA (Hons) in Psychology at the University of Edinburgh, and completed an MSc in Clinical Mental Health Sciences at University College London. She also worked in a genetics study of childhood schizophrenia as an Honorary Research Officer at Imperial College London.
